Day 5

We’re back in the van heading through Wyoming, on our way to CO. It
should be our last long driving day for awhile. Whew! Paolo has been
doing remarkably well. A few thoughts from the road: Fountain soda
with ice is way better than canned soda and canned soda is miles above
plastic bottled soda. A three year old is not capable of eating any
meal quickly, muchless at somewhere intesting like a cowboy restaurant
or a freeway rest stop with any number of facinating people and trucks
might be. Conversely a restroom hand drier and self flushing toilet
can provide hours of fun. And finally, South Dakota is a very friendly
and welcoming state.
